Totes, wallets, belts and structured accessories; select finish and validate wear on the final construction.

HappiGreens · Collection Catalogue
Seventeen distinct surfaces for material discovery, sampling and considered product development.
Material overview
A cactus-derived composite developed with plant fibre and a polymer binder. HappiGreens helps buyers compare surfaces, request samples and coordinate sourcing with the material supplier. Every final construction should be assessed for its intended use.

Potential applications
Totes, wallets, belts and structured accessories; select finish and validate wear on the final construction.
Shoe uppers and sneaker components for evaluation. A separate black test sample showed flex resistance, but breathability and shoe-specific suitability require testing.
Jackets and selected garments; evaluate drape, hand feel and care by thickness and backing.
Panels, cushions and seating concepts; abrasion, fire and application-specific tests remain to be confirmed.
Trim and concept applications only; no OEM approval or automotive-specific test evidence was supplied.
Bags, sleeves and small goods for sampling and product development.
Technical dossier
The following results come from supplied laboratory reports. The tested samples are not identified as any of the named catalogue finishes; results must not be generalised across the collection.
Beta Analytic report dated 11 May 2026; submitted plant-based leather sample, not identified as one of the 17 named finishes.
TÜV Rheinland report 147093801, 12 August 2025; submitted teal sample. Results do not certify every finish.
TÜV Rheinland report 147175868, 9 March 2026; submitted black sample. Not tied to a named collection finish.
Supplier data sheet & material science
The supplier describes a fibre-reinforced composite in which plant-derived cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin interact with a binder through hydrogen bonding, mechanical interlocking and curing. The information below is supplier-stated and is separate from the sample-specific laboratory results.
Important material note
Results above are limited to the separately submitted samples named in their reports; the reports do not identify Petro, Onda or the other catalogue finishes. The source catalogue's 'zero plastic' claim conflicts with the need for a confirmed binder composition and is not repeated here. Claims in the supplier TDS about carbon and water savings, biodegradability, REACH compliance, automotive approval, lifespan and certifications were not substantiated by the supplied reports and are not made for this collection. The 85% result is a carbon-source measurement, not a biodegradability result. Request the full applicable reports, variant-specific composition, certification scope and physical samples before specifying a material or making product claims.
